Fleet and network
How we cover capacity
We combine the vehicles of our own fleet, used for recurring runs and cargo that requires a consistent standard, with a network of verified carriers for European coverage.

Every confirmed vehicle comes with the registration number, body type and the driver's
contact, before loading. We do not work with undeclared intermediaries.
Insurance and documents
What allows us to operate legally and safely
The documents are checked annually, and copies can be made available on request, before signing a contract.
Freight forwarding licence
Operating authorisation as a freight transport intermediary, valid for all European Union member states, together with customs representation.
CMR and all-risks insurance
CMR policy under the Geneva Convention, with standard cover of up to 1,000,000 EUR per shipment. On request, an “all risks” policy for the full value of the cargo.
ADR transport and temperature-controlled cargo
Carriers with ADR certification for the usual classes and ATP-approved refrigerated vehicles, with continuous temperature recording.
Documented internal processes
Written procedures for carrier selection, document checking and complaint handling — auditable at the client's request.
Customs representation
We operate import, export, transit and suspensive customs procedures, including for cargo from Türkiye and from outside the European Union.
Partnerships verified annually
We assess our partners' licences, insurance and claims history every year, and we end collaborations with poor results.
Team
The people who answer the phone
The operational team consists of dispatchers with experience in international road transport, a customs specialist and a back-office team for documents and invoicing. Every client has a designated dispatcher and a backup person, so you are never left without someone to talk to.
